Show Reviews

3/20/17

We attended the HMGS sponsored "Cold Wars". The event was well attended and it was great to see in person all who order from us over the net. The show had such excitement being the first wargaming convention to start the year. It was great to see all of our customer and vendor friends we have made over the years. We had all the new releases from Strelets/Waterloo/1815/Mars/Redbox/Ultima Ratio/Plastic soldier/ and Pegasus Hobbies and they were bought up fast. I want to thank the vendor hall staff for running an excellent show and thank all of the show attendees who came by the booth. See you at Historicon.

We attended the 10th Annual Gettysburg toy soldier show hosted by John Stengel. The event was well attended and you could tell the show was well promoted by the steady customer traffic throughout the length of the show. We met a lot of new new customers and welcomed the opportunity to bring the newest plastic releases to a strong plastic show. We had all the new releases from Strelets/Waterloo/1815/Mars/Redbox/Ultima Ratio/Plastic soldier/ and Pegasus Hobbies and they were bought up fast. This was the first year we attended the event and we were very happy with our sales and meeting all of the new customers. I want to thank the vendor hall staff for running an excellent show and thank all of the show attendees who came by the booth.

9/7/19 National Capitol Military Modeler Society

Very well attended show and a nice bounce back in attendance from years past since they parted ways with the college. As a vender, we were treated very well by Grant and the staff at this model club. They asked if help was needed and were very gracious willing to help with anything asked of them. Free hot coffee and donuts were on hand to make set-up a little less painful and was appreciated by all venders attending the show. Many staff members stayed after the show to assist venders carrying inventory back to there cars at no charge. All of the dealers were thanked for attending the event and wished a safe journey home. They no how to treat vendors and ensure a return to the show.

For you the customer, there were a total of 3-4 major dealers and about 10 guys selling out of their closets. There was one selling everything 1/72 Scale/1/32 Scale plastic which was me, one selling current 1/32 Scale Metal George Guerriero and one high end 1/32 scale Russian metal figure vender Thor Johnson's helper. From the main three venders there, you could find all the new releases in all 1/72 Scale plastic as well as 1/32 Scale Metal and plastic and all the new High end releases from Russian sculptors.

* Will be attending this next year.
